Founder & President
Roda Ahmed
Roda Ahmed founded Community Circles & Co in 2025 after seeing what was missing for young people and families in the South Metro. She leads the organization day to day, builds partnerships with schools, faith leaders, and local government, and keeps the work rooted in the community she grew up in.

Aisha Sharif
Secretary & PR Director
Aisha runs communications and recordkeeping. Drafts our updates, keeps the meeting notes, and tells the org's story to neighbors and the press.
Engagement
Sam Farah
Community Engagement Director
Sam shows up where the community gathers. Builds relationships with families, faith leaders, and partners across the South Metro.
Programs
Anzal Bashir
Program Director
Anzal designs and runs the programs themselves. Forums, basketball, family days, and the volunteer crews that make them happen.
Safety
Kasim
Safety Coordinator
Kasim leads the safety side of the work, from event logistics to the forums that bring law enforcement, faith leaders, and youth into one room.

David supports grant writing and day-to-day operations. New to the team and learning the ropes alongside our directors.
